As one of the first Realtors to focus on downtown Denver living,
I continue to be energized by our dynamic market. I look forward
to meeting new clients, touring properties and new projects, and
networking with my long-standing connections.
My clients expect excellent service, enthusiasm, and
energy; and they get it. I work hard to match sellers with the right
buyer, and buyers with the house or loft of their dreams.
As a former teacher, I firmly believe in education.
I have led Downtown Living Seminars to keep Buyers and Sellers abreast
of the latest market trends and new projects in our local urban
A Colorado resident since 1972 and LoDo loft resident since 1992, I can be your guide to urban living. With two adult children
who grew up in Denver, I am now helping young professionals like
them find their first place or helping their parents sell “the
big house” and "right-size," so they can enjoy life.

Family Homestead and LoDo Cares
I am on the board for LoDo Cares, a combined effort of LoDoNa (LoDo Residents) and the LoDo District (Lower Downtown businesses). I am also on the Board for Family
HomeStead, which provides emergency housing for homeless families. Having been President of HomeSteaders, I continue to volunteer for this auxiliary support group. We provide public awareness about homlessness, conduct fundraisers and special events, and collect ''bare necessities' for families entering Family HomeStead's Emergency Housing Program. Here is a little information about Family HomeStead:
Family HomeStead exists to house homeless families and end homelessness for individual families in our program in the metro Denver area. For over 30 years, Family HomeStead has worked to provide safe, secure independent housing for homeless families with children. This enables families to have a place they can call home while they work to resolve their crisis of homelessness.
2012 “For the Love of Family” Gala — PUTTIN' ON THE RITZ
The elegant Denver Ritz-Carlton was the perfect place to don the flapper dress and black fedora for Family HomeStead’s 17th annual gala on March 3, 2012. Nina O’Kelley was the Hostess for the evening with TaRhonda Thomas of 9News as Mistress of Ceremony. Outgoing Family HomeStead Board President Ed Drummond received the Service Award, and Nina O’Kelley presented the heart-shaped “For the Love of Family” Award to Blair Griffith, Miss Colorado USA 2011. Ms. Griffith has become a national spokesperson for the homeless. With her father’s untimely death, mother’s chronic illness, mounting family medical bills and job losses, Blair and her mom found themselves out on the street. Using her platform as Miss Colorado USA, Ms. Griffith is the new face of homelessness and tells a very compelling story. Not unlike the families served by Family HomeStead, Blair and her mom hit tough times but are getting back on their feet with the help of others.

2011 “For the Love of Family” Gala — A Salute to our Stars
With a red carpet to lead the way, guests arrived at The Cable Center on the DU campus to celebrate another great year for Family HomeStead. In keeping with the Oscar theme, Family HomeStead awarded Oscars to FirstBank for its continued support. As President of HomeSteaders of Family HomeStead, Nina O’Kelley hosted the grand affair on February 26, 2011.
